Mental Health and Wellness provides accessible mental health support and wellness programming to students and employees across the Lone Star College System. Through compassionate care and collaboration with campus and community stakeholders, we connect students to essential wellness services and basic needs resources to support their academic success and completion.

Mental Health Services
- Clinical mental health services for students
- Offering crisis support, single sessions, individual and group counseling
- Case management and external referrals, if needed
Student and Employee Wellbeing
- Comprehensive mental health and wellbeing programming tailored to the evolving needs of the Lone Star College community
- Support and consultation for stakeholder mental health and wellbeing initiatives
- Skill-building and advocacy workshops, such as Neurodiversity training, Mental Health First Aid certification, and QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Gatekeeper certification
CARE
- Basic needs support (clothing, food, personal hygiene, and school supplies)
- Emergency financial assistance
- Referrals to campus and community resources
