Testing services are provided for students, faculty, and the community. The LSC-Atascocita Testing Center is located in AC 132.  

• If you require special accommodations for your test, you must first meet with a counselor for approval.  Please be prepared to provide the counseling office documentation regarding your disability.  
• If you are testing as a non-LSC student, you must schedule an appointment. Please contact the LSC-Atascocita Testing Center before your desired academic institution creates your remote TSI voucher. There is a $25 proctor fee for each exam.

Texas Success Initiative Assessment (TSIA2)

• We accept appointments and walk-ins for the TSIA2 exams. 
• No testing will begin within one hour of closing. The last one hour is reserved for closing out exams that are already in progress.
• All testing fees must be paid before testing at the Business Office payment counter, Bursar's Office or online. Please present receipt.
• It is the examinee’s responsibility to arrive early enough before closing time to finish an exam.
• In order to protect the integrity of exams, photo identification (Driver's License or LSCS student ID) is required. If you lose your student ID, you may purchase a replacement card for $10. 
• Please do not bring children; they cannot be accommodated or left unattended while testing.

HESI (RN) Nursing Exam

• The HESI Registered Nursing (RN) Exam for Nursing Admissions is offered year-round. You must wait at least 60 days before re-testing.
• Testing spots are limited.
• Virtual options are NOT available for this exam.

HESI (HP) Radiology Exam

• The HESI Health Professions (HP) Exam for Radiology Technology is offered from October to October. 
• Testing begins October 13, 2025. Testing is only allowed ONCE per year which runs from October 13, 2025, through October 2, 2026.
• Your scores may be used to apply to programs both at LSC-CyFair and LSC-Montgomery.
• Re-testing will NOT be allowed until mid-October of the next year.
• Virtual options are NOT available for this exam.

• Application Dates for the CyFair Radiology Technology Program: March 6, 2026 - May 22, 2026 (Testing Deadline for CyFair Application is May 8, 2026) 
• Application Dates for the Montgomery Radiology Technology Program: July 1, 2026 - October 7, 2026 (Testing Deadline for Montgomery Application is October 2, 2026)
• Your HESI HP scores may be used to apply to both programs at LSC-CyFair and LSC-Montgomery.
