Mission Statement

Establish Lone Star College-North Harris Department of Kinesiology and Recreational Sports as leaders and experts in the fields of fitness and skill activities; provide students with opportunities for learning healthy lifestyles and wellness concepts; motor skills, and teamwork; and provide diverse recreational sports activities and events.
