This program offers a cardiorespiratory fitness course in which students participate in a self-paced walking, jogging, or stationary cycling program. Muscular endurance and flexibility exercise are presented. The course includes an introduction to facts, concepts, and application of wellness principles, such as, nutrition, diet and weight control.
