Found Items
If you find an item on campus, please bring it to:
Main Campus Payment Counter: CASA 106
Cypress Center Payment Counter: CYC 100H
Westway Park Technology Center Dean’s Suite: WWPTC 103
Please note that due to space limitations and safety concerns, the following items are not accepted:
- Food/drink and/or food/drink containers or implements
- Clothing items, including outerwear and shoes
- Personal toiletries
- Weapons or illegal items (Please contact LSCPD 281-290-5911)
- Any item determined to be unsafe to store by the accepting employee
Found items will only be held for 30 days due to space limitations.
Lost Items
If you have lost an item, you can check the Lost and Found by visiting the Payment Counter or WWPTC Dean’s Suite, or by sending an email inquiry to the CyFair Lost and Found email: CF-LostAndFound@LONESTAR.EDU
You may also use this email to check the status of an item you have previously reported as lost at one of the CyFair campuses.
If you have not already done so, please make sure to include the following information in your email:
- Description of item that was lost (please be as specific as possible)
- Date and time item was lost
- Location item was lost (building, room #, parking lot, etc.)
- Your contact information
Please allow 24-48 hours for a response after reporting an item missing and/or a status update.
If you have lost your SOCIAL SECURITY CARD or PASSPORT, please also check with Campus Police at 281-290-5911.
