LSC-Organizational Development (OD) Summit
In the 24/25 Academic Year, Organizational Development organized two signature conferences, Culture in Action and the LSC-Organizational Development (OD) Summit. As a department, Organizational Development will combine efforts to produce one consolidated professional development and learning experience in the next academic year.
- April 4, 2025: LSC-Organizational Development (OD) Summit
This learning and development opportunity will combine the Leadership Summit and the Teaching and Learning Conference. This year's theme is Champion of Advancement. Participants will use vision, strategy, structure, and practice to shape our desired culture for the advancement of human potential. Tracks include: 1) Leading from Where You Are, 2) Leading Others, and 3) Leading in the Classroom. Please join us to Choose Learning! - October 24, 2025: LSC-Organizational Development (OD) Summit
This iteration combines Culture in Action, the Teaching and Learning Conference, and the Leadership Summit. This experience highlights Lone Star College's organizational development and culture work. Tracks will focus on collaborative efforts from Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Faculty Development, and Learning Development. We look forward to driving efforts toward One LSC!

Date: Fall 2024 - Spring 2025
Learning & Development's Supervisor 2.0 is a cohort-based program that will meet five times during the school year. Sessions will be a combination of in-person and virtual (WebEx). The final session will be a presentation of team capstone projects and a graduation ceremony.

These include Rising Star Institute, The Leadership Edge for Adjuncts & Part Timers, Leadership Education Advancement Program, Lone Star College Leadership Academy, and Leadership Development Alumni Association.
