The Center for Student Life Peer Leader program offers a unique opportunity for students to work on campus while earning money toward tuition. They serve as role models for incoming and returning students on how to become more involved in the college experience. Peer Leaders assist in hosting campus activities, aid Registered Student Organizations (RSOs), and supervise the Center for Student Life.

Qualifications
- Ability to work campus events
- Strong customer service skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Currently enrolled in college courses at the campuses
- Must be able to work a full academic year (August-May)
- Maintain a 2.0 or higher GPA and be in good academic standing with Lone Star College-CyFair in accordance with Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
- Qualify for College Work Study (preferred) or successfully complete process to be hired as a part-time student assistant
