7. Fulfill the bacterial meningitis vaccination requirement, if applicable. (See below)

Bacterial Meningitis Vaccinations

Students under 22 years old are required to submit proof of bacterial meningitis vaccination to take face to face or hybrid classes with an in-person component. Free vaccines will be offered to LSC-Tomball students at each Super Saturday event.  Please complete the online application form to see if you qualify.
