In this session, we will complete a few exercises to get us thinking about ways we can be a little kinder to ourselves. The hope is that empathy for others can begin once we can show a little of it to ourselves.

In this session, we're going to explore the concept of boundaries versus opportunities, and how this mindset can be applied to our personal and professional lives as we continue to grow as individuals. Drawing inspiration from Ted Lasso, I will share a bit of my own journey, where several pivotal moments in my life led me to various forks in the road. At each of these critical points, I was faced with a choice: to either fall into the well of doubt and despair, or to rise above the roadblocks in my path. Just as Ted Lasso teaches us through his unwavering optimism and belief in the power of choice, my goal is to resonate with the audience by emphasizing how adopting a positive mindset can help us overcome challenges and turn boundaries into opportunities.
