In Conclusion
- Prior to coming to your first initial visit to campus and for each day of attendance thereafter, please complete the Health Declaration Form before arriving to the building. This form is available in English and Spanish
- As you enter the main entrance of each building, Lone Star College personnel will verify that you have completed the required forms. Additionally, your temperature will be taken using no-touch thermometers. Temperature checks and verification of completion of the Health Declaration Form will occur every day. (Note: The maximum temperature allowed is 100.4 degrees. If an individual registers a temperature over 100.4 degrees they will not be able to enter the building.)
- Lunch/Dinner: If your class schedule necessitates you to be at on campus through a meal time, please plan to bring a sack lunch with you. Unfortunately, vending machines will not be functioning, drinking fountains have been disabled, and no refrigerators or microwaves will be available for use. We understand this is quite an inconvenience, however, these precautions allow us to be as thorough as possible in our efforts to keep everyone healthy.
- While in the building:
- Masks must be worn at all time.
- Social distancing must be practiced at all times.
- Students should not bring other people with them to the building, including children.
- Exit: At the conclusion of your class, please plan to leave campus immediately. Do not stay on campus after class to study or socialize. Again, we appreciate your understanding with this.
- If we are notified we have a positive Covid-19 case among those who have been in attendance during this time, there may possibly be a campus shutdown and orders for 14-day quarantines.
