- What work environment is most appealing to you?
- What are your challenges?

STEP 3: Discover Career Options - Take time to investigate the world of work. Make a list of careers that interest you and explore them online or by talking with professionals. Consider the following questions as you research:
- What is the nature of the work?
- What education, training, or certification is required?
- What is the typical work environment like?
- What salary can you expect?
- What does the job market look like now and in the future?
- What related careers might be a good fit?
