Citizen registration to address the Board
Citizens may address the Board immediately before the Board considers the Consent Agenda if they have registered to speak following the process below. Each citizen may speak for up to five minutes. Citizens may register to address the Board (1) online 24 hours before the Board Meeting; or (2) in person by submitting a completed registration form to the Lone Star College Chief of Staff no later than five minutes before the meeting, typically 10:25 a.m. on the day of the Board Meeting. The Board may allow an individual to testify at a Board Meeting from a remote location by videoconference call.
*Please note: If you register to address the Board online, please include the same name when registering on Zoom, as you did when submitting your form.
