Title III Grant

This website provides updates on the Lone Star College-North Harris Title III grant for Strengthening Institutions. The purpose of the Strengthening Institutions Program is to help eligible colleges to become self-sufficient and expand their capacity to serve low-income students by providing funds to improve and strengthen the academic quality and  institutional management. The grant is funded for $2,121,657 over five years. 

Title V Grant 

This grant from the U.S. Department of Education for Hispanic-Serving Institutions is Connecting students to the campus community, Acclimating them to the rigors of academic life, helping them Succeed and self-improve for the duration, and preparing them to Achieve and compete in college and beyond.
