House Procedures

• All performances are open seating unless otherwise indicated.
• All children are required to have a ticket and must be able to sit in their own seat without disturbing other audience members or they will be asked to leave.
• In order not to disturb other patrons or the performers, a late seating time is set for each performance. This time will vary depending on the nature of the program and is made at the discretion of the theatre management. We appreciate your patience with this policy and recommend that you arrive at the theatre at least 15 minutes prior to curtain.
• Mainstage Theatre: If you arrive late or leave once the performance has begun, you may be denied entrance or be asked to sit in the closest available seat. Seating location and entry is at the discretion the House Manager.
• Black Box Theatre: There is no late seating or re-entry for performances in the Black Box Theatre.
• Only water in screw cap containers allowed in the theatre. No other food or drink is permitted.

Box Office Procedures

• The Box Office opens 1 hour prior to the start of each performance. We recommend patrons arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance to enter the theatre on time.
• The Box Office closes 20 minutes after the show starts.
• Exchanges are done at the discretion of the House Manager. There are no refunds. Please contact the Box Office for more information: 936-273-7021.
