Field Experience Handbook
All students required to complete observation hours must read and sign the Field Experience Handbook before beginning observations. You will also find additional documentation you are required to fill out for your observations in the handbook.
Education Affiliation Agreement
If you wish to complete your observation hours at a school not already approved in the Field Experience Handbook, you must have to school you wish to observe at complete the Education Affiliation Agreement. Be aware that this process can take approximately 6-8 weeks.
Participant Release Form
This form must be signed and returned to your professor before you begin observations.
