- Online Courses – exams will take place from home, in a virtual environment to be determined by the instructor. Students will not be required to take exams in the Testing Center. However, if students have technical issues or other circumstances preventing them from testing at home, the student can ask for permission to test in person. The instructor will evaluate this on a case-by-case basis. In these cases, the entire roster should not be sent to the Testing Center.

- The Testing Center will not administer any exam without a completed Testing Center Request.
- Instructors are responsible for communicating to their students that appointments are required at the Testing Center. Please also share our Student Guidelines with your students testing in our center.
- No exams are permitted to begin within one hour of closing.
- Students must schedule an appointment online through our Exam Scheduler 24 hours in advance.
- The scheduling link and hours of operation can be found on our Testing Center website.
- Instructors should ensure students are given enough notice that they can schedule their appointment 24 hours in advance. If a student has been granted a private room through accommodations, they must schedule their appointment at least 72 hours in advance.
- The Testing Center staff will provide the instructor with an Incident Report stating any problems or suspected cheating that may have occurred.
- After the end of each semester, all remaining exams and materials will be inter-office mailed back to the instructors.
