Our Mission Defined

The LSC-CyFair Women’s Soccer team’s mission is to provide female soccer players the opportunity to represent the college by competing in leagues with representatives from local, regional and national colleges & universities while encouraging academic success, leadership development and community involvement.

Qualifications and Restrictions

In order to participate on the Soccer Team, all students must:

• Be currently enrolled at LSC-CyFair
• Have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
• Be enrolled in 6 credit hours at LSC-CyFair
• Be able to attend all practices. Students should arrange their class schedule around these times.

Restrictions include:

• Being on academic probation during any contest. Click here to view our probation and suspension guidelines.
• Currently playing on a varsity team in a related activity or have done so within the same academic year.
• Faculty, staff, or alumni.
• Having prior professional experience in a related activity.

Spring 2026 Tryout Information

Spring 2026 tryouts are scheduled to be held on January 23 and January 24, 2026. 

Time: January 23 (4:30PM-6:30PM) Location: (19008 Saums Rd, Houston, TX 77084)

January 24 (8AM-10AM) Location: Athlete Training and Health Cypress (27646 Northwest Fwy, Cypress, TX 77433)
