"MyStudentBody" program

Although alcohol use does not present a problem for most students, alcohol abuse and experimentation is an issue that affects the entire community. Binge drinking in particular can have a harmful impact on one's relationships, and ability to do well in college. To address this and other health related issues, Lone Star College-North Harris is proud to offer MyStudentBody, a complete drug, alcohol, and wellness program that is used in colleges and universities nationwide.

MyStudentBody features an online ESSENTIALS course that teaches students about alcohol, drugs, and safety in relationships. Additionally, students can have access to other great information including nutrition and stress, all delivered in a flexible and interactive design. The goal of the ESSENTIALS course and the other site features is to increase students’ knowledge, decrease harmful behaviors, and provide information to help students make good decisions.

I hope you will take advantage of this confidential, online resource. It is available to you 24/7.

Best wishes for a successful semester!
