Still time to register for summer classes at Lone Star College System

Registration is still underway for the upcoming 2011 summer sessions at Lone Star College System.  Classes are filling up for both sessions and students are encouraged to apply early to get into the classes desired.

The last day to register for the first summer session is June 4. The first summer session runs June 6 through July 12. The second summer session starts on July 14 and runs through August 21, with the last day to register set at July 17.

A full array of programs is offered this summer at all colleges and centers. Current and future LSC students take advantage each year of the convenience and affordability that is offered through the shorter summer terms.

LSCS is an open-enrollment institution which accepts all students once their admissions application has been submitted. Students pay in-district rates if they live within the boundaries of the 11 school districts that are a part of LSCS. Those attending from outside the LSCS area pay out-of-district tuition, which is slightly higher.
