Bring the family for a holiday celebration with “projectjazz” set Wednesday, Dec. 8 at Lone Star College-CyFair.

The LSC-CyFair Jazz Ensemble performs this holiday concert with swing tunes of Ellington, Goodman and Basie to name a few under the direction of Dr. John Wolfskill.

“Feel the pulse and exciting sounds of live big band jazz,” said Wolfskill. “Whether it’s swing, fusion, funk or retro, it’s all jazz, America’s classical music.”

The 7:30 p.m. concert will be held in the Main Stage Theatre, located in the Center for the Arts building on the Barker Cypress campus at 9191 Barker Cypress.

Tickets are $10 for general admission and $5 for students and seniors. Tickets may now be purchased online at LoneStar.edu/boxoffice. Discounted tickets for a group of 10 or more are available.
