Lone Star College-CyFair will host an Alternative Teacher Certification Program (ATCP) information session Tuesday, March 2 at the Barker Cypress campus.

The teacher certification program is designed for individuals who have a bachelor’s degree and want to enter the teaching profession. A question and answer period will follow the presentation.

This information session will also provide information on a new Clinical Teaching option which provides students training and field-based experience at the appropriate grade level or content area.

An additional ATCP information session is set for Tuesday, April 6. All sessions are held from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at 9191 Barker Cypress.
