Yes, you will need to setup a new account with Nelnet to continue to receive electronic refunds. You will need to provide a valid routing number and bank account. For summer refunds, have your direct deposit information set up prior to June 24; for Fall 2023 prior to September 16.

The College will have to issue your refund as a paper check. Paper checks are only processed twice a week and can take up to 10 business days to receive via the Postal Service. Please make sure your address is current to prevent further delays. Electronic refunds are normally credited to a bank account within 5 business days after the refund is processed.

Enrollment for the Fall 2023 payment plan opens June 12, 2023.

Yes, there is a $15 nonrefundable enrollment fee and you will be required to pay 40% of your balance at the time of enrollment.

• Once logged in, click the “Financial Account” tile
• To make a payment, enroll in a payment plan, or view refund information, click “Make Payments”
