How to schedule an appointment
Accessing an LSC-Online advisor through Live Chat is just as easy as making an appointment. Simply log into MyLoneStar.edu and select your student tile. Next, select the Live Chat tile to speak directly with an LSC-Online advisor.
- Probation and Suspension Assistance

Navigating academic probation or suspension can seem like a daunting task, but Lone Star College has developed the PASS (Provideing Academic Support to Students) program to help you succeed. If you are experiencing the following, keep reading to find out what you need to do in order to enroll in this or future semesters:
Academic Probation
Less than a 2.0 semester GPA for the second time
Continued Academic Probation
Academic Suspension
- Less than a 2.0 semester GPA
- Less than a 2.0 cumulative GPA
- Has been previously on warning and probation
In order to resolve any of these issues, you will need to complete the PASS seminar and complete some additional steps. For more information, email OL-PASS@lonestar.edu.
