If you are struggling with any part of the application process here at Lone Star College-Online, you most likely need to work with an admissions specialist. If you have already applied and been accepted to Lone Star College-Online and are having trouble selecting a degree plan or enrolling in specific classes, you most likely need to work with an enrollment advisor. Enrollment questions can be sent to OnlineAdvisor@lonestar.edu

How to schedule an appointment
Accessing an LSC-Online advisor through Live Chat is just as easy as making an appointment. Simply log into MyLoneStar.edu and select your student tile. Next, select the Live Chat tile to speak directly with an LSC-Online advisor.
Navigating academic probation or suspension can seem like a daunting task, but Lone Star College has developed the PASS (Provideing Academic Support to Students) program to help you succeed. If you are experiencing the following, keep reading to find out what you need to do in order to enroll in this or future semesters:
Academic Probation
Less than a 2.0 semester GPA for the second time
Continued Academic Probation

Less than a 2.0 semester GPA
- Have previously been on warning and probation
- Cumulative GPA is 2.0 or higher
Academic Suspension
- Less than a 2.0 semester GPA
- Less than a 2.0 cumulative GPA
- Has been previously on warning and probation
