*If you have any new golfers due to the date change, please complete the Golfer Information Form and return it to the Foundation by January 25, 2019 to guarantee shirt size and color choice. There will be no additional orders after this date. You may access this form HERE and email it to Foundation@LoneStar.edu.
*If you are unable to golf on this date, please let us know by January 25, 2019. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you are still participating and that your original golfer list (and shirt order) has not changed.
