With 27 years at LSC-North Harris and long-standing involvement with Honors, she has secured International Studies designations for anatomy and physiology courses, guided students into health professions through advising and internships, and enriched learning by exploring cultural and global impacts on health.

Since 2007, she has advanced honors and international education at Lone Star College by teaching International Studies and Honors courses, adjudicating for Honors Day, and promoting the growing Global Scholars program for LSC Online.
David Beaulieu, Ph.D.

With nine years at Lone Star College, he has led interdisciplinary projects promoting international education, including a collaboration with the Honors College, Psychology Club, and Latin American Student Organization to discuss Living Beyond Borders during International Education Week and is working with Harris County Public Library to host the anthology's editor, Margarita Longoria.

Dr. Dalvi teaches a Forms of Literature class, focusing on the theme of sex and sadness, which inspired groundbreaking research and student presentations.

Dr. Beaulieu has a research background in mating, parenting, & child development that enriches his mentorship of undergraduates in their Honors Psychology projects.

With a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies and a minor in Philosophy from the University of Houston, she has been with Lone Star College for four years, where she created the Homeroom for ESOL students and led workshops to support international students' success, earning the One LSC award for her contributions to the college community.
