Bachelor's degrees are made up of 42 hours of core curriculum, 42 hours of WECM (workforce education courses), 33 hours of upper division courses, and 3 hours of general electives. All degree plans will equal 120 hours that apply to your degree plan. All students are required to meet with their bachelor's advisor before their first semester to create an individualized degree plan and choose their cohort. After your initial session, your advisor will enroll you each semester in your bachelor courses. Classes are broken up into 8-week sessions either online or hybrid year-round.
You can make changes to your own schedule before the start date without financial penalty.
Once classes have started you will need to contact your bachelor advisor to be withdrawn from upper-level classes or core classes before Withdrawal (W) Date.
Failure to participate in classes by the Official Day of Record (ODR) will result in being dropped from the class that you were enrolled in.
Students in the bachelor's program have the opportunity to transfer to a four-year university to pursue an advanced degree upon completion of their bachelor's degree. They can also connect with our career advisors for help with job placement and internships.
