The office of Government Affairs and Student Completion works to foster healthy relationships with the community and all levels of government. The office serves as the primary liaison between the college community and governments on all levels, connecting governments to the many services offered by the Lone Star College System and issues critical to Lone Starís strategic goals.
In addition, the office identifies leadership and scholarship opportunities for the Lone Star College students, faculty, staff and alumnae. It also facilitates policy discussion, debate, and action across the College and in partnership with the broader community.
The Lone Star College Foundation's mission is to change lives through student scholarships and quality educational programs achieved by excellence in relationship building, fundraising, and investment management.
Established as a 501(c)(3) Type I corporation, the LSC Foundation secures and manages unrestricted and restricted assets to support and enrich the academic and scholarship programs of LSCS.
The Resource Development and Administration (RDA) Office is here to assist in grant development and management of awarded grants.
Our goal is to identify funding opportunities and develop resources to support programs through external funding.
