Commit to Be Fit (C2BF) is designed for students who are determined to take action for their overall health and wellness. C2BF’s mission is to make members more knowledgeable in regards to losing, maintain, and gaining weight. We advise students on a workout regimen, nutrition and cooking healthy meals on a budget. We also sponsor activities such as fun runs, zumba, crossfit and yoga – just to name a few. Let’s get fit together like one fabulous family.
