Texas A&M Singing Cadets to appear at LSC-Tomball - March 05, 2014
Known as the “Voice of Aggieland,” the Texas A&M Singing Cadets will perform in the Lone Star College-Tomball Performing Arts Center on Sunday, March 23, at 3 p.m. The internationally acclaimed, 60-member, all-male chorus has been delighting audiences throughout Texas, the United States and overseas with its performances of religious, patriotic, Broadway, popular and novelty songs for 108 seasons.
LSC-Tomball Facilities to be Closed March 9-16 for Spring Break - March 04, 2014
LSC-Tomball campus buildings will be closed beginning Sunday, March 9. The buildings will remain closed through Sunday, March 16. Buildings will re-open and classes will resume Monday, March 17. The library will be open its normal hours during this time.
LSC-Tomball displays “Evidence” photography exhibit - February 17, 2014
In conjunction with Houston’s biannual Fotofest, Lone Star College-Tomball is featuring “Evidence” a photography exhibit by Kristy Peet from now until March 7. The exhibit is free and open to the public Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Veterinary Technology Program hosts information session April 11 - February 17, 2014
Lone Star College-Tomball’s Veterinary Technology program will host information session on April 11 at 9:00am at the college’s veterinary technology building. The information sessions are free and all are welcome with pre-registration by calling Denise Metz, RVT at 281.351.3354.
LSC-Tomball to hold Occupational Therapy Assistant Program info session - February 03, 2014 LSC-Tomball’s occupational therapy assistant program will be hosting an information session on Wednesday, February 19 from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in Room 120A at the LSC-Tomball Health Science Building, located at 700 Graham Drive in Tomball (opposite the Tomball Regional Medical Center). The session is free and open to the public.
Normal operations will resume at LSC-Tomball on Wednesday, January 29. This includes the LSC-Tomball Community Library.
Some LSC-Tomball spring 2014 Late Start classes still available - January 27, 2014 Lone Star College-Tomball is offering Late Start courses to accommodate students who wish to begin their coursework mid-semester or want to complete their degree or certificate in a shorter period of time. Fewer weeks than the traditional 16-week semester, Late Start classes provide students with a second chance to take courses that begin later in the semester but end at the same time as regular classes.
