Your user name is your Lone Star e-mail address (ex: firstname.lastname@example.org) and your Lone Star network/e-mail password. If you don’t remember your network/e-mail password, use the “Reset my Password” link above
FOR ALL NEW INCIDENTS
As of 6/30/2010, all new incidents for Lone Star should be created in the new Service-now environment located at https://lonestar.service-now.com. Please use the same credentials to log in to that environment.

To view or update incidents submitted to the Service Desk prior to 6/30/2010, please log in with your Lone Star email address (email@example.com) and Lone Star network/email password. If you don't recall your network/email password you may reset it yourself by following the below instructions or contact the Service Desk for assistance at 832-813-6600 or 1-866-614-5014 (toll-free). To reset your network/E-mail password, go to: https://sovmporssolb.lonestar.edu/selfserviceapps/respwd.aspx. Select the Network/E-mail Password Reset option from the available choices. Follow the screen instructions.
