When technical support is needed, please contact the Office of Technology Services (OTS) Service Desk directly. We can be reached at: 832.813.6600 (toll free 866.614.5014) for immediate assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

You can also submit a ticket electronically through ServiceNow or E-mail ots@lonestar.edu.

Urgent and Critical Issues

If you are in a classroom and require immediate technology assistance, pick up the emergency phone and ask to be transferred to the OTS Service Desk.

Username and Password

Don’t remember your username or password?

Your user name is your Lone Star e-mail address (ex: joseph.b.user@lonestar.edu) and your Lone Star College network/E-mail password. If you don’t remember your network/E-mail password, use the “Reset my Password” link below.

  1. The “Get Username” page will provide your LSCS username.
  2. The “Reset my Password” page will allow you to reset your LSCS password.
