  • LSC-Tomball Closed for Spring Holiday - April 14, 2014
    LSC-Tomball will be closed for the Spring Holiday this Friday through Sunday, April 18-19. All offices will be closed and classes will not be held. The LSC-Tomball Community Library will be closed both Friday and Saturday for the holiday. The library is always closed Sundays. Normal business operations and classes will resume Monday, April 21.
  • LSC-Tomball Theatre to Hold Open Audtitions for “Shrek: The Musical” - April 11, 2014
    The Lone Star College-Tomball Theatre Department will hold open auditions for its summer musical production of “Shrek” on Wednesday, April 30 at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, May 3 at 10 a.m. in the Black Box Theater (E 171).  
  • Lone Star College-Tomball Holds “Painted Ladies” Art Exhibit - April 10, 2014
    The LSC-Tomball Art Gallery is showing the art of a group of nine painters that call themselves the “Painted Ladies.” Working as a group for more than 10 years, they originally met in a painting class taught by LSC-Tomball art professor Earl Staley. Each of the women’s painting style is quite different, ranging from realistic representation to abstract. The exhibition runs through April 30 at LSC-Tomball Art Gallery in the Beckendorf Conference Center.
  • Star of the Month: Alan Abbott - April 10, 2014
    Lone Star College-Tomball student Alan Abbott is one busy young man. A dual-credit student who began taking classes at the college in fall 2012, Alan, 18, will graduate high school this May and then continue at LSCS for an additional year to gain not only further college credit, but valuable life skills.  
  • Lone Star College-Tomball To Hold Disabiltiy Services Q&A Session - March 21, 2014
    LSC-Tomball is holding a question and answer session on the services available to graduating high school seniors enrolling at LSC-Tomball who seek accommodation for disabilities. The session, open to graduating seniors and their parents, will be held on April 10. 
  • Texas A&M Singing Cadets to appear at LSC-Tomball for second year in a row - March 21, 2014
    Known as the “Voice of Aggieland,” the Texas A&M Singing Cadets will perform in the Lone Star College-Tomball Performing Arts Center on Sunday, March 23, at 3 p.m.  Adult tickets are $10 and tickets for children 10 & under are $5; tickets for seniors and armed forces veterans are free.    For more information, contact the box office at 281.401.1889 or Gary Cooper, PAC Manager, at 281.401.1890.  
  • Lone Star College-Tomball to host Open House 2014 - March 17, 2014
    Lone Star College-Tomball will host an Open House on Thursday, April 3, 4-7p.m., in the Commons. This is a terrific opportunity for those interested in learning more about what LSC-Tomball has to offer, to visit the beautiful campus and to speak directly with college representatives.  
  • Texas A&M Singing Cadets to appear at LSC-Tomball - March 05, 2014
    Known as the “Voice of Aggieland,” the Texas A&M Singing Cadets will perform in the Lone Star College-Tomball Performing Arts Center on Sunday, March 23, at 3 p.m. The internationally acclaimed, 60-member, all-male chorus has been delighting audiences throughout Texas, the United States and overseas with its performances of religious, patriotic, Broadway, popular and novelty songs for 108 seasons.  
  • Registration is underway for Fall, Summer and Mini-mester classes - March 05, 2014
    Registration is underway for LSC-Tomball Fall, Summer I, Summer II as well as for our May Mini-Mester. Take advantage of these fast-track methods to getting ahead with your degree plan. 
  • LSC-Tomball Facilities to be Closed March 9-16 for Spring Break - March 04, 2014
    LSC-Tomball campus buildings will be closed beginning Sunday, March 9. The buildings will remain closed through Sunday, March 16. Buildings will re-open and classes will resume Monday, March 17. The library will be open its normal hours during this time.
