You can use your audio visual courses toward an Associate of Arts academic degree and workforce programs. Find out how!
For those wanting to pursue or advance a career in live entertainment technology, or for those who teach in this specialized field, the state’s only live entertainment technology (LET) program will host a free professional development workshop.
Saturday, December 1, at Lone Star College-Montgomery
Included in the workshop will be four hours of laboratory instruction (9 a.m.-1 p.m.) with LET instructors/industry professionals, lunch, admission to the 2 p.m. matinee performance of LSC-Montgomery’s The Very Merry Xmas Carol Holiday Adventure Show (in which many of the workshop principles will be utilized), and a talk-back with the production staff following the show. The workshop concludes with a tour of the backstage area and LET demonstrations.
