The LSCS-M Student Veteran's Association works to inform veterans and their families of their rights and benefits, provide social opportunities in a supportive, fraternal environment, facilitate mentoring relationships, advocate for their needs, and assist new and returning student veterans with their successful integration into the academic environment.

We welcome all Veterans and family members to join our organization. We have monthly meetings, held usually on Wednesday afternoons. We provide support and camaraderie for all members. One of our members offers his time to tutor students in Math. We have a small library of text books which can be borrowed.

We have had academic advisors and counselors at our meetings to discuss current events and options for the upcoming semester. We encourage academic success along with an atmosphere of friendship and support.
