NEW: University of the Incarnate Word Professional Studies Tuition Discount Program for Lone Star College employees & dependents

The Tuition Discount Program applies to University of the Incarnate Word undergraduate and graduate online courses.

Eligibility: employees must submit the required Lone Star College Tuition Discount Program documentation to UIWSPS no later than 14 days prior to the published start date of the semester or term.

Employee must submit their application for admission to the University of the Incarnate Word School of Professional Studies.

Employees must meet standard admission requirements and shall enroll similarly as other UIWSPS students.

The Lone Star College Tuition Discount Program shall provide to emplyees and their dependents tuition discounts and fee waivers during each academic or term in which this agreement is in effect.

Tuition Discounts with Textbooks Included:

• Employees:
  • Undergraduate Online Tuition: 25% off regular published undergraduate tuition
  • Textbooks: Included in the tuition
  • Graduate Online Tuition: 50% of regular published graduate tuition
     
• Dependents
  • Undergraduate Online Tuition: 25% regular published undergraduate tuition
  • Textbooks: Included in the tuition
  • Graduate Online Tuition: 25% discount from regular published graduate tuition.
  • Textbooks: varies per course – students are responsible for the payment for the books
     
• Fees: fees shall be waived except for the following:
  • Records fee of $40 (one-time charge)
  • Graduation fee of $50 (one-time chare)
  • Deferred payment plan fee of $50 (if the plan is utilized)
  • Some programs may also have fees for specific courses
