A College Employee Strategic Initiatives Prioritization Survey will be administered to all LSC-North Harris employees in the near future. The survey is designed to garner feedback from college employees about what they believe are the priorities when considering the variety of possible college initiatives. The purpose of gathering such feedback is to assist the steering committee in determining priorities while developing the overall strategic plan.
Teamwork and Contributions Many valuable contributions and much hard work and dedication have been devoted to the strategic planning process and many college employees have worked in tireless collaborative fashion to develop the groundwork needed to produce a well-rounded and meaningful college strategic plan. In addition to the valuable contributions of the entire Strategic Planning Steering Committee, Gary Clark, Dorothy Reade, and Dr. John DeLeon have provided invaluable wisdom, guidance, and mentorship through the process and Alice Quiroga has provided wonderful administrative support.
