L.I.F.E. WorkshopsEnjoy learning more about presidential elections, health benefits of laughter yoga, adventures in Costa Rica and essential oils this August at Lone Star College-CyFair.

The Learning, Inspiration, Fellowship, and Enrichment (L.I.F.E.) programs are free and held Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the library (Room 131 unless otherwise noted) at 9191 Barker Cypress.

  • Aug. 6 — Dirty Tricks, Mudslinging and October Surprises
    Professor Alex Smith presents part two of his presidential election series with stories that will amaze and astound.
  • Aug. 13 — Laughter Yoga

  • Aug. 20 — Discover Costa Rica
    Do you know the way to San Jose? Kinesiology professor Ronnie Nespeca certainly does. Explore this beautiful country as he details this summer’s study abroad adventure trip.
