Partnerships: LSC-Tomball Community Library
Lone Star College-Tomball Community Library is a joint venture of Lone Star College System (LSCS) and Harris County Public Library (HCPL) system. This partnership is making it possible for the library to deliver exceptional programming, materials and seamless services to its students, faculty, staff and community members. The library is equipped with public access computers, study rooms, group study rooms, conference/meeting rooms and Wi-Fi.
Patrons of the library have access to dozens databases which provide articles, primary source documents, images, electronic books and other multimedia resources. Comfortable seating and study tables are available on both floors of the library. The library also offers a Teen Room, Innovation Laboratory, Children's Department, and a Drive-Thru Book Drop.
Instructional classes for students, library programs, including book discussions, author visits, story times, crafts and other special activities are available in the library throughout the year. These classes and programs, in addition to the vast resources of both print and online materials accessible via a high speed internet connection, make the learning experience for students and all patrons of the library a unique one.
