Texas Legislative Council REDVIEWER - gives maps and demographic information for voting districts. A district number is necessary to use this tool.
Texas State Data Center - includes population figures and trends at the state, county and metropolitan area level from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Texas Finances and Economic Reporting - the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts provides economic figures, such as unemployment, and gives projections. Regional, as well as state, figures are available.
