LSC-CyFair Industrial Maintenance Department

Industrial technology students are trained in safety, fluid power (hydraulics & pneumatics), basic electronics, machining, programmable logic control (PLC), motor control, and automation.  Our state-of-art Advanced Manufacturing Center (AMC) houses training equipment for these skill areas to give students hands-on experience in a safe workplace environment.  View our AMC facility.

With these skills, students can find employment in manufacturing, food & beverage industries, and the oil & gas industry, to name a few.
