To check the availability of equipment, e-mail the System Office Service Desk at OTS@lonestar.edu or call 832.813.6600 with the dates you wish to have the equipment and where you will be taking the equipment.
Note: Only Employees and Staff can check out the equipment.
Please give a two week notice to schedule checkout equipment.
Currently, there is one projector for checkout within the System Office building. If you need to reserve a projector, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Requests for the projector will be honored on a "first request" basis, with exceptions being understood.
If you need a TV/VCR, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Requests will be honored on a "first request" basis.
Cell phones are available for checkout, however, you must have a departmental account number on the checkout form and all calls are billed at 23 cents per minute for local calls with additional charges for long distance or roaming.
