Administrators

	Linda Head Associate Vice Chancellor, Workforce Development and Corporate College Head has a B.S. in business administration and a M.S. in occupational technology with an emphasis in corporate training. Prior to joining Lone Star College System, Head’s experience was in an oil and gas corporation in Houston and a hospital equipment manufacturing company in Pennsylvania.

	Pattie Harakal Executive Director Harakal has a B.S. in education and is working on a master’s degree in organizational leadership. She has more than 25 years of experience as an administrator and trainer in higher education.

	David Lenzi Director – Energy & Manufacturing Lenzi holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas Women's University. He has nearly 30 years of industry experience as a tool and die maker, tool designer, manufacturing engineer, quality auditor, and quality control manager.

	Nadia Nazarenko Director – ESOL & Modern Languages Dr. Nazarenko holds a doctoral degree in Russian studies from Kazakh National University in Kazakhstan and a doctoral degree in curriculum and instruction from New Mexico State University. She has nearly 20 years of teaching and administrative experience in higher education.

	Michael Burns Senior Program Manger – Business, Hospitality & Computer Information Technology Burns holds a bachelor's degree in workforce education and a master's degree in human resources and organizational leadership. He has nearly 15 years of experience programming guidance systems for trident ballistic nuclear missiles on submarines and serving as a trainer for the United States Navy.

Instructors/Trainers

	Scott Nugent Instructor – Engineering Technology Nugent is an oil and gas professional who holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri. He has more than 30 years of experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, business development, and project management in the energy sector.

	Robb Radakovich Instructor – Machining Radakovich has an associate degree in electronics in addition to more than 25 years of manufacturing and oil field service maintenance experience. He also has more than 10 years of experience as an Occupational Safety and Health Administration certified corporate trainer and is a U.S. Department of Labor-certified journeyman tool and die maker.

	Hubert Hillman Instructor – Machining & Lean Implementation Hillman has a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and more 35 years of oil field manufacturing experience. His areas of expertise include downhole tools, subsea systems, forging, and all aspects of oilfield tubular goods, including premium and API threading.

	Chris Paulk Associate Professor, Engineering Paulk has nearly 15 years of experience in engineering technology, petroleum field service and automated manufacturing. Paulk was previously a rig supervisor for ExxonMobil, a mechanical engineer with CRC-Evans Offshore, a welder-fabricator for New Mexico State University College of Engineering, and owner of Specialty Engineering Services, PLLC.

	Dave Mott Professor, Engineering Mott has a B.S. in occupational education technology and a master’s degree in manufacturing engineering technology. He has more than 20 years of industry management and higher education experience.
