Contract Compliance

Welcome to the Web site of the Office of Contract Compliance. This office is under the supervision of the Manager, System Contract Compliance and is responsible for reviewing all contracts for compliance with System Policy. This includes, but is not limited to compliance review, analysis,
and recommendation for appropriate changes to contracts.

Training

This office also provides training in regards to contract compliance with the existing Laws of the State of Texas and System Policies, and the proper use of contractual instruments, including standard and non-standard agreements.
