Join us again this year as we celebrate freedom, culture, community, and legacy at the 2026 Juneteenth Community Celebration at LSC-Houston North Victory in Acres Homes!
This year we are proud to continue our tradition in partnership with the Greater North Houston Youth Alliance and the family of the late Mayor and Congressman Sylvester Turner, bringing the community together for a day filled with music, family fun, food, and entertainment.

The Office of Community Relations at Lone Star College-Houston North is dedicated to promoting the stories of LSC-Houston North’s students, staff, campus, and community. Our mission is to enhance positive community connections, coordinate impactful campus events, and share stories of student success, innovation, and partnerships within our region.
Our department leads the marketing and messaging efforts for the college, which includes crafting and executing marketing strategies, managing internal and external communication, overseeing the college’s web and social media presence, distributing press releases, and handling media inquiries.
