Program Description

This program will prepare you to work in the food service industry with emphasis on personal hygiene, safe food handling and food bacteriology. Upon successful completion of this program, you will receive ServSafe® certification.

The ServSafe® program is the premiere food safety certification offered by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF).
