CHANCELLOR'S PROCEDURES FOR PURCHASING OF ARCHITECTURE AND ENGINEERING SERVICES PROCEDURES
These proposed revisions to the Lone Star College System District Policy Manual Section III.D.3. Purchasing of Architecture and Engineering Services Procedures clarify how Board Policy Section III.D.3. and related Chancellor’s Procedures address the solicitation and evaluation of submittals by architecture and engineering firms for construction or design projects through a Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") pursuant to Texas Government Code § 2254 et seq.
